This initial phase involves engaging potential clients and receiving their initial inquiries. It includes educating them about agency relationships, understanding their needs, and setting up a formal consultation to determine how we can best assist them.

This phase branches into two separate pathways:
- 3a) Seller Client Process: This pathway is designed for clients looking to sell their properties. It includes activities such as property evaluation, marketing planning, and listing.
- 3b) Buyer Client Process: This pathway is designed for clients looking to purchase properties. It involves property search, viewing, and purchase negotiations.
Offer Writing or Review
This phase involves preparing and reviewing offers for purchase or sale, which is a critical step in real estate transactions.

Once offers are accepted, this phase involves actively managing the transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and negotiations. It’s an intense period for both buyers and sellers, with many parties involved (agents, inspectors, clients, lenders, etc.).
